1. What we collect Account data (name, email, phone), plot data you enter (location, boundaries, purchase/valuation details, notes, documents), and payment records for lifetime-access purchases.
2. Guest mode If you use Landlord without an account, your plot data is stored only in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB) and is never sent to our servers unless and until you create an account, at which point it migrates to your account and this policy applies to it.
3. Client-side encryption You may optionally enable client-side encryption for sensitive plot fields (village, mutation number, prices, dates, notes). When enabled, these fields are encrypted in your browser before being sent to our servers using a key derived from a passphrase only you know — we cannot read this data, and cannot recover it if you lose both your passphrase and recovery code.
4. How we use data To provide the service, process payments (via SSLCommerz/bKash), and communicate essential account/service notices. We do not sell personal data.
5. Sharing If you invite a collaborator to a plot, that collaborator can see the plot's non-encrypted data as described in-app. We may share data with service providers (hosting, payments) strictly to operate the service, and where required by law.
6. Data retention and deletion You may delete plots and documents at any time. Contact us to request full account deletion.
7. Your rights You may request a copy of your data or its deletion by contacting us.
